CuteNite is a community built on respect, safety, and authentic connections. These guidelines help maintain a positive environment for everyone. By using CuteNite, you agree to follow these community standards.

1. Be Respectful

Treat others with kindness and respect. We have zero tolerance for:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation
• Threats of violence or harm to others
• Doxxing or sharing private information without consent

2. Be Authentic

Honesty builds trust in our community:

• Use real photos of yourself (no fake profiles, catfishing, or impersonation)
• Be honest about your age, identity, and intentions
• Don't create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Don't use profile information or photos that belong to someone else

3. Keep It Safe

Your safety is our priority. Do not:

• Share personal information like home address, financial details, or passwords
• Engage in or promote illegal activities
• Solicit money or financial information from other users
• Promote scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent activities
• Share content involving minors in any inappropriate context

4. Keep Content Appropriate

CuteNite is for adults 18 and over. However, we require all content to be appropriate:

• No nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography
• No graphic violence or gore
• No content promoting self-harm or suicide
• No spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation

5. Respect Boundaries

Consent and respect are fundamental:

• If someone says no or stops responding, respect their decision
• Don't send unsolicited explicit messages or photos
• Don't pressure others for personal information or meetings
• Report harassment or uncomfortable behavior immediately

6. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use CuteNite. We actively monitor and remove underage users. Anyone found to be misrepresenting their age will be permanently banned.

7. Reporting Violations

Help us maintain a safe community by reporting violations:

• Use the report button on profiles or messages that violate these guidelines
• Block users who make you uncomfortable
• Contact support at info@cutenite.com for serious concerns
• In case of immediate danger, contact local law enforcement

8. Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Warning and content removal
• Temporary suspension of account
• Permanent ban from CuteNite
• Reporting to law enforcement for illegal activities

We review each report individually and take appropriate action based on the severity and context of the violation.

9. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Updates to Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of CuteNite after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
